When we came to Cynthia we told her she had a tough road ahead of her. She had to sell our home with limited access and conditions that had to be met. I explained to her that finding the right buyer would be tough.

Most realtors would have tuck tailed and ran, not Cynthia, she smiled and said we'll get it sold. Cynthia created a marketing plan tailored to our area and made it work. We had so many visitors, I was so surprised because of the limited access. We sold! Her Positive outlook made the experience of our sell was awesome.

Cynthia also helped us buy our new home. The great thing about Cynthia is, she has an answer for a lot of things including food. She also pointed us in the right direction to help us get pre qualified and she gave us an app based tool to look for homes that are currently up for sale and when we liked a home we can forward them to her and she will get us the information on the home and viewing of the homes.

Cynthia is a kind hearted person and will work hard for you. She is always in constant communication with you as things change. I'm glad I got to work with Cynthia ion this process. She made it a lot less painful.
